I’ve been designing a lot of blogs lately, and I’m not surprised, since having a blog is the new black in 2010. Having a custom-design blog that matches your brand is just icing on top of the cake. This is a mockup design I did for the Hilton Hotel in Asheville, NC, focusing on green-lodging.

My final iteration(s) for the WSAID logo. Casey’s making some awesome designs as well! And our web-guro Nancy is working on the BA blog site. See, even designers can help the world!

Webdesigner Depot is a popular web design blog covering tutorials, design trends, blogging and inspirational posts. Whether you’re blogging for business or pleasure, now is the time to take your little corner of the web to the next level. Social media makes your blog more visible and valuable than ever, and the amount of resources available to beautify and streamline your blog is enormous, and ever growing. The best part is, you don’t have to be a designer or a programmer to create a great looking blog, but you should know where to find the right resources, and how to align your blog’s design with its purpose.
