I am a BIG fan of Thierry Mugler. I dig his clothes. I had to be dragged out of his Paris shop, wanted to move in, live there. Here’s connection to what I do every day (besides look great). Mugler is braving a new crowdsourcing campaign positioning ‘The brand is ready to become whatever the users want.’ via Womanity.com launching Monday.
Womanity’s homepage will host community content, (videos, photos, poems) via titling design expressing opinions, creativity of women around the world. Each tile can be assigned a color by visitors and website’s “mood bar” and Womanity logo change color to reflect prevailing mood of the community.
Other content includes short film, shot by Mugler, forums where the community can suggest products, projects that Mugler should pursue. Goal is to ramp up 2 million members in nine months.
